BC government has invested to build new 10 lane bridge between Richmond and Delta, to replace Messed tunnel. In the future, the traffic between Richmond and Delta and South Surrey would be very good. Meanwhile it would increase real estate value in those areas. Some people with good investment minds have started investing in Tsawwassen. The bridge is scheduled to complete by 2022. Currently the rental price is relatively lower, but that would change dramatically in 5 years.
