In the last two months of 2013, City of Richmond has issued permits worth about triple the average of the previous ten months.

These big projects obviously points to the great potential of this growing city, in the next couple of years, people from everywhere will be drawn to Richmond for investing, living, and business.
1. $150 Million Wal-Mart Anchored Shopping Mall

3. $1.264 Million South Fraser Perimeter Road
– 37 km, 4 lane express way along Fraser River with only necessary exits.
– Travel time from Delta to Surrey reduced 50%(30 minutes)

4. $200 Million Industrial Park at YVR
– 700,000 sq.ft. new Canada Post facility ( Olympic Oval: 500,000 sq.ft., $178 million)

5. New Massey Tunnel Bridge
– Existing tunnel is carrying more than 80,000 vehicle each day, has about ten years of lift time remaining.
– Removal of the old tunnel opens up the river for super tankers and deep freighters, allows for industry growth
