Since the beginning of 2015, Vancouver real estate market is kept going up. Starting from March or April this year, Vancouver real estate market becomes sellers’ market.
Based on newly published data of Octobor statistics, there were fewer listings on the market while still strong demand. There are other three factors which could push Vancouver real estate market higher in the coming 2016. They are: low mortgage interest rate, low Canadian Dollars, and possible more liberal immigration policy.
