We continue with our foreigners buy properties in Canada topic. Today we will talk about property types and what type would be the best for foreigners.
There are three most common property types in Canada: single house, townhouse and condo. There are two condo types: existing condos and pre construction condos.
I believe pre construction condo is the best for foreign investors. The reasons are that its downpayment requirement is low, it has potential value increase, and it needs less maintenance.
